Just right-click on the menubar, select "Customize", and drag-and-drop the throbber from the menubar to the toolbar.

That's basically the original and renamed OldFactory theme. It's kinda similar to the new Black/Rust mod, but the "rust" dots are brighter and more colorful, and not very realistic, so I thought "Fancy" would be quite fitting.
